Made from Vermont black walnut, these boards feature a smooth surface with subtle chamfering on each long edge to easily grip while also displaying our popular, classic live edge.

Our board for the most demanding occasions. With a turkey in the oven that needs slicing and russet potatoes that need to be chopped, this board is meant for the biggest portions.

The Slab can range from 10” x 8” x 1.5” to larger as these are custom cut.

Yes! Our Boards are for every occasion, whether you’re hungry or not. Before we ship, every board is hand-coated with food safe Howard Vitamin E Enriched Mineral Oil. This gives it the “Stained” look while still being safe to eat off.

Our Boards are from the heartwood through and through and can withstand even the sharpest chefs knives. Still, anything can show wear overtime. And we like that. A cutting board should display color, grain, and history. So cut away, it will only create more character.

Of course, beauty requires care. Feel free to pick up a bottle of food safe mineral oil at our shop. If you want a full restore, sand the surface with some 150-grit from your local hardware store and reapply some oil. It will look like it did the day you got it.
